We demoed my favourite easy chocolate and peanut butter energy balls recipe and discussed smart snacking strategies for enhancing energy all day long.
To make:
- 90g porridge oats
- 150g peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Desiccated coconut (optional)
