Cook Along - Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls Recipe

Do you struggle with the post-lunch slump and in need of an energy boost? Last week I hosted an Instagram Live with two time published author Mira Manek. We demoed my favourite easy chocolate and peanut butter energy balls recipe and discussed smart snacking strategies for enhancing energy all day long.


To make:

  • 90g porridge oats
  • 150g peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Desiccated coconut (optional)
